1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking with Aurum Car Rentals, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receiving written confirmation (SMS/WhatsApp/email) from Aurum Car Rentals. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
3. Payment
Payment is due as specified at the time of booking confirmation. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash. Invoices are provided upon request.
4. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund or credit. • Cancellation 6–24 hours before pickup: 50% charge applies. • Cancellation less than 6 hours or no-show: 100% charge applies. • All cancellations must be communicated via phone or WhatsApp.
5. Chauffeur-Driven Service Only
Aurum Car Rentals operates exclusively as a chauffeur-driven car rental service. Self-drive is not available under any circumstances.
6. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Aurum Car Rentals is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property. Passengers must not engage in any illegal activity in the vehicle.
7. Vehicle Damage
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger(s) will be charged to the passenger at the cost of repair. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and pets are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
8. Force Majeure
Aurum Car Rentals is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, road closures, accidents, or civil unrest.
9. Liability Limitation
Our maximum liability in any situation is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
11. Amendments
Aurum Car Rentals reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
